Roles & Responsibilities:
- End to End HR Generalist
- Involved in full recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment
- Understanding Business requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy.
- Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, Job Portals i.e., Naukri and Networking tools such as Linked in.
- Conducting Drives, Walk-ins, and personal interviews.
- Providing timely feedback to the business on their requirements and to the candidates on their interview.
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS Reports like Tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports.
- Recruiting people at all levels, i.e., Assistant Branch Manager to Zonal Manager for Sales, credit, collections, and operations (Gold Loan, NBFC, Fintech).
- Talent Acquisition - Handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Digital Lending vertical (NBFC, Gold Loan, Fintech, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP) & Channel Lending vertical (Mortgage Loan), keeping tracker of open positions across departments and closing them within timelines. Background verification and reference checks before salary negotiation & making final offer.
- On-boarding & Induction - Ensuring complete process from selection of a candidate to smooth on- boarding into the system.
- HR Operations Generating offer letters & appointment letters.
- MIS Preparing & maintaining various trackers Hiring, Confirmation, Promotion, Transfers, Exit, etc.
- Separation & Exit Formalities - Processing employee exit formalities and F&F. Taking exit interview of employees and maintaining tracker for future analysis of competency mapping

Branch Manager (Gold Loans) - Delhi/NCR

Job Description
Looking for a Branch Manager – Gold Loans (Delhi), preferably a self-motivated & target-oriented, computer-savvy male candidate with 5-10 years of experience into banking & financial services/NBFC industry (Preferably Gold Loans) above 32 years of age having good verbal and written communication skills and pleasing personality. The candidate must be graduate/post-graduate and possess must have his own conveyance & willing to travel within Delhi/NCR.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Branch P & L through target bound sales, marketing activities & efficient branch operations through strong leadership skills and service orientation. He must have strong man management & relationship skills.
- Must be well versed with branch operations & processes including Gold Appraisal, Sales & Marketing, customer acquisition, cash management, collections & NPA management, safekeeping of securities, vault operations, customer service, auditory compliance, security & administration.
- Responsible for safekeeping of Pledged securities following the guidelines and Procedures laid down by the company
- Manage & Grow the Portfolio of Gold Loans within the allotted branch as per the assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Meeting big ticket customers for business development on regular basis.
- Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure business growth.
- Ensuring proper Verification & Valuation of Collateral Securities and KYC, AML, Auditory compliance.
- Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving of individual & branch targets.
- Ensuring following of all procedures, guidelines, circulars & policies as laid down by the regulator & the company
- Cash Management within branch through coordination with head office & Banks & preparation of BRS.
- Responsible to maintain up-keep & maintenance of the branch and ensure confidentiality in all dealings.
- Managing a branch like a profit centre - with profitability being the key result area through acquisition of big-ticket loans, managing OPEX, driving timely collections & through effective NPA management.
